How to Memorise Business Laws Sections Without Losing Your Mind
# How to Memorise Business Laws Sections Without Losing Your Mind
Paper 2 has roughly 200 sections across 5 Acts that students try to memorise. Most fail, because they treat sections as standalone numbers.
This system turns them into a network.
Rule 1: Group by Act, not chronologically
Your brain stores knowledge in **categories**, not sequences. Build a chapter-level map:
Review this map on Day 1 of every week.
Rule 2: Learn one case law per section block
For each major section, anchor it to one case. Example:
You'll remember the section because you remember the story.
Rule 3: Active recall, not re-reading
Every day, spend 15 minutes answering these aloud:
Doing this daily for 30 days locks the entire Paper 2 in long-term memory.
Rule 4: MCQ drilling is the final stress test
Once a week: 30 untimed MCQs on Paper 2. For each wrong answer, note which section it was testing. Patterns will emerge — you'll find 3–4 sections you consistently confuse. Target those.
What NOT to do
The week-1 success check
After 7 days of this system: can you write down 5 sections from each Act, plus one case law per Act, without looking? If yes, you're on track for 70+ in Paper 2.
